We operate in a 9000 sq ft unit, combining our passion for road & race cars with the engineering of components to further enhance them. We develop bespoke carbon fibre air intake systems completely in-house. We seek an experienced BMW Vehicle Technician to join our friendly and passionate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and drive for the industry and possess excellent mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, independence

Candidates should have:
- Background and passion for BMW and the industry as a whole
- Several years of experience on BMWs
- Great attention to detail
- Full UK Drivers License
- A positive attitude and work ethic, with a high level of professionalism
- Good ability to problem solve and work individually
- Ability to communicate well with clients
Desired but not essential:
- Engine building experience
- M/Alpina experience
- Wiring & TIS electrical diagram proficiency
- Experience with vehicle geo setup & corner weighting
- Ability to MIG or TIG weld
- Fabrication skills
- Race prep
Duties:
- Undertake a diverse range of interesting jobs including but not limited to general
- maintenance such as services and timing chains, performance installations &
- modifications, engine removal, full rebuilding & installation, suspension work and
- vehicle geometry setup including corner weighting.
- Diagnose vehicles using a range of in-house equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients for the workshop & onsite vehicle storage,
- facilitating collection and drop-off when needed.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organisation of the workshop
