We use the same advanced automotive surfacing techniques employed by leading OEMs with Autodesk Alias, ensuring unrivalled, market leading quality. A Revolutionary Development in Plenum Design

Expanding Inlet Curve
The continually expanding inlet bend means completely laminar flow without any turbulence that is typically found in tight, straight walled elbow bends. This is because at high RPMs, airflow resists any change of direction due to its inertia at very high velocities.
Exceptional Flow Distribution
In a RWD application, almost all inlet designs result in reduced filling of the first few cylinders. This is because most designs don't allow for ample space to expand and turn the intake charge, which means excessive turbulence and poor distribution.
Bell Mouth Trumpets
Sculpted by air and verified on the dyno, our proprietary trumpet design allows for exceptional intake runner draw, drastically improving the volumetric efficiency of the engine. The raised design allows for the intake pulses to draw from behind the trumpet itself, further improving the strength of the intake charge into the combustion chamber.
Minimal Turbulence
This results in minimal loss of energy of the intake charge, drastically improving the effiency of the intake plenum and contribution to more power and torque, everywhere in the rev range.

Why CentroPlenum is the Ultimate Intake System
An enclosed plenum volume improves power and torque throughout the rev range by acting as an airflow reservoir. This also allows the intake runner pulses to better interact with each other, improving the efficiency of the intake system.
Using CentroPlenum with a throttle body allows the ECU to perfectly manage cold start and idle conditions whilst distributing airflow evenly and at high speed to the runners. This maintains perfect Auto gearbox control and means an ESS or Valvetronic motor failure will never leave you stranded.
With 4X more plenum volume than capacity, larger raised velocity stacks and uninterrupted airflow access, CentroPlenum is the ultimate design for exceptional naturally aspirated power and a flat torque curve.
As pre-preg carbon fibre features exceptionally low temperature conductivity, minimal engine-bay heat is transferred into the intake charge, resulting in significantly better power in the heat-soaked conditions found in the engine bay.
Because of even airflow to each cylinder, the ECU can more accurately control the fueling into the engine and therefore improve the power output and overall efficiency between individual cylinders and Bank 1 & 2.
When the ECU detects stable conditions and low intake air temperatures, it will gradually increase the ignition timing to improve the torque, without any mapping. With even cylinder filling, lean cylinders are eliminated, which in turn prevents single-cylinder knock events that would otherwise drop ignition for all cylinders.
With continuous, uninterrupted airflow into the velocity stacks, more laminar flow with less turbulence can be drawn, resulting in better cylinder filling. Raised velocity stacks allow the engine to draw air from behind the stack itself during the intake pulse events as the valve closes, further improving the available airflow draw.
CentroPlenum does away with the troublesome DISA valves which are prone to breaking apart inside the intake manifold and damaging the engine internals. Removing them makes the torque curve significantly more natural and removes the flat spots that it causes. Leaving the DISA valves disconnected results in no warning lights or adverse effects.

With an RPM range of 7000 - 7500, this option is recommended for mapped cars, allowing more power to be produced with increased revs while still maintaining an exceptional torque spread for day-to-day driving duties.

Race Trumpets - Stage 3
As the shortest and most aggressive Trumpet set, Race offers improved velocity stack umbrella geometry for a peak power range of 7500 - 9000 RPM. This is only recommended for highly tuned engines using short-stroke or forged rods with cams to make the most of the increased revs.
Road Trumpets - Stage 1
