Aluminium and titanium flanges are machined on our 4 axis, 2024 Haas VF-4SS-HSE and then bead blasted for matte specification flanges.

Anodising
Colour anodising of matte or gloss aluminium flanges in Type II specifcation.
Plenum Production
Precut sheets of ultra-lightweight pre-preg carbon fibre are hand-laid into our in-house made billet aluminium moulds. All components are vacuum bagged and then cured under intense temperature and pressure.
Finishing
The final product is hand-sanded, lacquered in satin or gloss and tinted depending on chosen spec.
