Flanges & Fittings
Precision CNC machined flanges in aerospace grade 6082-T6 Aluminium or optionally Grade 5 Titanium.
Velocity Stacks
Raised Trumpets made from additively manufactured carbon fibre featuring an expansive umbrella form to improve cylinder draw and filling.
Carbon Runners
Tapered S-bend runners channel airflow into the cylinders with increasing velocity and minimal turbulence. Shorter runners improve the power at high rpm and offer a more exciting powerband.
The Quench
Using Bernoulli's Principle, The Quench is a highly optimised compression shape to quickly equalise air distribution from the first plenum into the second and accelerate the flow into each Trumpet.
First Plenum Stage
Featuring aggressive expansion from the throttle body, the incoming airflow pressure is raised before being rapidly dropped as air is quickly drawn into The Quench and second plenum.

Standard Vs DualPlenum
Redline at wide-open throttle is where the most challenging conditions are met for an intake. This is where DualPlenum exhibits exceptionally even flow to cylinders 1-4, an achievement which is notoriously difficult on side feed airboxes like those found in RWD cars.

Road Trumpets - Stage 1
With a 6800-7300 RPM Peak Power band, the Road spec trumpets offer improved power and allow for a good compromise between everyday usability and a more thrilling top-end.

Sport Trumpets offers an even more exciting driver experience for fast-road and track. With an RPM range of 7300 - 7700, this option is recommended for mapped cars, allowing more power to be produced with increased revs.

Race Trumpets - Stage 3
As the shortest and most aggressive Trumpets, Race offers improved umbrella geometry for a peak power range of 8000 - 8500 RPM and is only recommended for tuned engines using short-stroke or forged rods. Full performance Engine-building is also available.

Your bespoke carbon intake starts by choosing your completely unique specification from thousands of different option combinations.
CNC Flange Machining
All Flanges & Fittings whether titanium or anodised aluminium are machined entirely in-house on our state-of-the-art, large format CNC using the finest 2 micron tooling.
CNC Fitting Turning
Fittings such as the brake booster and fuel vapour are machined directly on a CNC Lathe.
Vapour Bead Blasting
Using the finest ceramic media for an even, high satin sheen, removing all machine marks and deviations.
Colour Anodising
Chemical Type II aluminium anodising in a wide range of colours and contrasts.
Trumpet Production
Your desired specification of trumpet length is additively produced using advanced Carbon Fibre 3D Printing. The plenum and trumpets are then adhered using ultra-high strength body adhesive.
Prepreg Carbon Lay-up
Production begins on the plenum body and runners where motorsport grade pre-preg carbon fibre is hand laid in-house into our own billet aluminium moulds. This is then pressure cured under extreme vacuum and temperature to form a high strength, lightweight structure.
Finishing
Once cured, the prepreg carbon is carefully hand finished with hours of fine sanding. Once levelled, the surface is professionally spray lacquered using several coats and then satin or tinting pigment is finalised in the last coat.

Your unique plenum is serialised, recorded and carefully packaged with an update provided on the shipping timeline.
