Flanges & Fittings
Precision CNC machined flanges in aerospace grade 6082-T6 Aluminium or optionally Grade 5 Titanium.
Velocity Stacks
Raised Trumpets made from additively manufactured carbon fibre featuring an expansive umbrella form to improve cylinder draw and filling.
Carbon Runners
Tapered S-bend runners channel airflow into the cylinders with increasing velocity and minimal turbulence. Shorter runners improve the power at high rpm and offer a more exciting powerband.
The Quench
Using Bernoulli's Principle, The Quench is a highly optimised compression shape to quickly equalise air distribution from the first plenum into the second and accelerate the flow into each Trumpet.
First Plenum Stage
Featuring aggressive expansion from the throttle body, the incoming airflow pressure is raised before being rapidly dropped as air is quickly drawn into The Quench and second plenum.

Standard Vs DualPlenum
Redline at wide-open throttle is where the most challenging conditions are met for an intake. This is where DualPlenum exhibits exceptionally even flow to cylinders 1-4, an achievement which is notoriously difficult on side feed airboxes like those found in RWD cars.

DualPlenum Advantages
The benefit of even air distribution:
With 4.25X more volume than the standard intake, larger raised velocity stacks and uninterrupted airflow access, the DualPlenum is the ultimate design for power and torque.
Because of even airflow to each cylinder, the ECU can more accurately control the fueling into the engine and therefore improve the power output and overall efficiency.
When the ECU detects stable conditions and minimal knock, it will gradually increase the ignition timing to improve the torque. With even cylinder filling, lean cylinders are eliminated which in turn prevents single-cylinder knock events.
With uninterrupted airflow into the velocity stacks, more laminar flow can be drawn resulting in better cylinder filling . Raised velocity stacks allow the engine to draw air from behind the stack itself, further improving the available airflow draw.
As pre-preg carbon fibre features extremely low temperature conductivity, minimal engine-bay heat is transferred into the intake charge, resulting in better power in heat soaked conditions.

Road Trumpets - Stage 1
With a 6800-7300 RPM Peak Power band, the Road spec trumpets offer improved power and allow for a good compromise between everyday usability and a more thrilling top-end.

Sport Trumpets - Stage 2
Sport Trumpets offers an even more exciting driver experience for fast-road and track. With an RPM range of 7300 - 7700, this option is recommended for mapped cars, allowing more power to be produced with increased revs.

Race Trumpets - Stage 3
As the shortest and most aggressive Trumpets, Race offers improved umbrella geometry for a peak power range of 8000 - 8500 RPM and is only recommended for tuned engines using short-stroke or forged rods. Full performance Engine-building is also available.
Road Trumpets - Stage 1
